2. Buying Tickets

How do I buy a ticket?

You can browse the wide range of tickets available on our website for various events such as matches, concerts, comedy shows, and more. You can choose the event, date, and seat that suits you, and complete the payment process in a few simple steps.

Where can I find my ticket after purchasing it?

The ticket is securely stored in the AWS cloud storage. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email, and the ticket will appear in your My Orders list on our website. The buyer will be available to download their tickets 24H before the event starts, and if the purchase is made on the same day as the event the buyer will be available to download tickets right after the payment is completed.

What if I bought a ticket and it was not valid?

We guarantee that all tickets we sell are valid and reliable, but if you encounter this problem, do not hesitate to contact us to help you and make sure that there is no fraud from the seller you bought the ticket from.

3. Selling Tickets

I bought a ticket from Ticket Souq and I was unable to attend, can I resell it?

Yes, you can resell your ticket on our website and get a chance to find another buyer who wants to attend. All you have to do is log in to your seller dashboard and click the "Sell ticket" button.

If I put my ticket up for sale but want to cancel the sale, what do I do?

If you list your ticket for sale on Ticket Souq, we will verify it and put it in a (Pending) status until it is approved by us. Then, its status will change to (Listed) and it will be visible to interested buyers. If the ticket is sold, its status will change to (Sold), and we will send it directly to the buyer who has the right to use it under your authorization to to transfer ownership of the ticket. You will not be able to use the ticket after it has been sold.
In case the seller sells a ticket that has been used, Ticket Souq can cancel the deal if the complaints are proven.
The user can cancel his listing if the tickets are not sold later. In other cases, you can send a message to the support team and ask for help.

What are the steps on how to cancel the sale of a ticket on Ticket Souq?

  • 1. Go to the Ticket Souq website and log in to your account.
  • 2. Click on the "My Tickets" tab.
  • 3. Find the ticket you want to cancel and click the "Edit" button.
  • 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Cancel Sale" button.
  • 5. Confirm that you want to cancel the sale of the ticket.
  • 6. Or contact us to cancel as long as the ticket has not been sold yet.

Why was my ticket rejected after I listed it for sale?

Please carefully read the terms and conditions for selling tickets before uploading them to our site. We only accept original PDF copies obtained from the official ticket provider. We do not accept images, screenshots, or copies converted to PDF.

What is the accepted format for uploading tickets to Ticket Souq?

Supported formats are PDF, JPEG, JPG, and PNG.

If the ticket arrives 24 hours before the event, you can upload an image showing the booking details and ticket information (category, seat, order number, event name, and event date and time).

Additional Information:

  • Make sure that the PDF file is clear and legible.
  • The PDF file should not be more than 2 MB in size.
  • The image should be clear and legible.

If tickets for adjacent seats are sold, is there an option to sell them as a single group or are they sold separately?


The tickets can be listed as a bundle so they can be purchased only all together.

4. Ticket status

Ticket Status: Listed but not showing in the list of tickets for sale.

When you add your ticket for sale, please specify the price you want to sell it for. We advise you not to exceed the official price set by the ticket provider. However, we accept all offers you send us. We will add the site service fee to the ticket price and collect it from the buyer. The seller will receive 100% of the ticket value they offered.
It may take some time for the ticket to be approved and displayed in the public list. Please check the status of your ticket in the seller dashboard. If its status is (Listed) and it does not appear in the list, please contact us to resolve the issue.

My ticket has been sold but I don't see the "Sold" status in the public ticket listing.

When your ticket is sold, you will see its status as (Sold) in the seller dashboard. It doesn't need to appear in the public ticket listing, as it is no longer available for sale. We will send your ticket to the buyer and reserve the amount they paid in our account until the end of the event.

5. Payments

When I add a ticket, will I receive an offer to purchase that I can accept or decline?

We do not support offers to buy in terms of acceptance and rejection. Rather, the buyer can view the available lists and purchase any ticket listed for a specific event. If someone purchases a ticket, the seller will be able to see it in the balance tab on the seller's dashboard.

How long does it take for the purchase amount to reach the seller?

The seller will receive the purchase amount after the event has ended as soon as the administration approves the payment in case no complaints come from the buyer.

After the ticket is sold, how is the amount transferred?

After the ticket is sold the seller will see the amount in the balance tab of the seller’s dashboard. Then after the event has ended and there were no complaints from the buyer the administrator approves the payment. The payment amount will be displayed in the payout tab of the seller’s dashboard and the amount will be sent to the seller’s bank account.

How much does Ticket Souq add to the ticket price?

The percentage is not fixed and is taken from the buyer. If the ticket is sold, the full amount goes to the seller.

What are the payment methods available on the site?

We offer different payment options such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Mada, PayPal, OneCard, CashU, PaySafeCard, and SADAD.

6. Ticket Refund

Can I get a refund for my ticket if I don't attend?

Sorry, but our policy is clear: there are no refunds after purchase for any reason.
